    I have 20+ years experience programming with Core (abdominal, oblique, e-spinae) focused fat loss, low impact fat loss, performance (Army PT, running, sprinting), and meal planning accountability. If you are looking for something not listed here, I would recommend finding a coaching to specifically focus on what you need.
  • I DON’T HAVE ACCESS TO A GYM, IS IT MANDATORY?"
    Not mandatory at all. I will customize a plan (home, gym, or travel) to fit your life and give you the best chance at success. Online Live options available as well as in-person post COVID.
  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PROGRAM AND CAN I START AT A LATER TIME?
    You can pay now and start at anytime! Lean Mode VIP: We start with in depth focus on you and your goals. The program has solid "you" focused structure and is layed out for the 4 weeks, but can be enough fluid to ensure if your environment changes for any reason, we will adjust on demand.     There is no time like the present. I can even get you prepped for the vaca. This program is about making lifestyle changes and learning to incorporate moderation and resilience especially during life’s difficult moments.
  • WHAT IF I HAVE A VERY BUSY WORK SCHEDULE, OR TRAVEL FOR BUSINESS A LOT (LIKE CRITICAL CUSTOMER/CLIENT MEETINGS FOR DRINKS OR MEALS)?"
    This is absolutely no issue at all! It can be extremely demoralizing to know you have to do this as a necessary evil for your job. There are tricks and tweaks that can be made (even on the fly) when these things come up, no matter how often. My VIP concierge program is perfect for analytical problem solving.
  • CAN I HAVE ALCOHOL ON MY PLAN?
    The key here is moderation. I am not here to shame or police your “wants”. I am here to support, (multi)motivate and educate. There are ways to have it and still get results. I know this to be true because I love red... red wine!
  • HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM DOING THE EXERCISES (VIDEO EXAMPLES)CORRECTLY, CAN YOU CHECK IN WITH ME?"
    There will be workout video examples/instructions. If you “level up” I will be checking in on you once a week plus 24/7 access to email me for any help or support. Movement screenings (record and send your 4-10 sec movement you wish to have verified for photo and video feedback) are also included. If you choose VIP package (limited availability) I will be checking in on you 2 - 3 times per week and most important you will have access to contact me via virtual meeting, text, IM, or email to get your on the spot questions and problems solved or just to have your coaches ear to vent about your fitness achievements and woes. You also get unlimited changes to your program. Movement screenings (record and send your 4-10 sec movement you wish to have verified for photo and video feedback) are also included. We got this!
  • CHEAT MEALS OK?
    Oooooh yes! I absolutely want to have cheat meals because, well, we are not robots that can be preprogrammed. We do need to take mental and physical breaks from the focus needed to get results. The number of cheats depends on your goals and progress.
  • MUST I COUNT MACROS OR CALORIES?
    Nope, not at all! However, this depends on your level of need and goals. Some factors would be whether you are starting out or have some knowledge and experience, but you are stuck. This combined with your goals will determine whether we use easy portioning or easy counting: to count them macros. You will be eased in and given the best chance for success.
  • I AM NERVOUS ABOUT STARTING ANOTHER PROGRAM,WILL I GET RESULTS?"
